Necessary Clothing

Marketing design

Client: Necessary Clothing is a family-owned fast-fashion retailer geared toward women looking for the latest trends. With more than 15 years of success with their brick-and-mortar stores, the owners sought to expand customer engagement through digital channels, which included the launch of their e-commerce website.

The Problem: The company e-commerce site was receiving thousands of visits per day, however customers would leave after a minute or so. This demonstrated that there were missed opportunities to engage customers and get them to complete a purchase. There were reasons why this was happening, but the CEO couldn’t identify why.

Role: Art Direction • UX/UI Design • Graphic Design
