CX Labs: CX (Customer Experience) Labs, is the internal agency for Devices. Alexa, Echo, Kindle, Fire TV, and Fire tablets are just some of the devices popular in homes worldwide. With customers at top of mind, this division of Amazon works backwards to understand how good content creates delightful experiences that increase brand awareness and loyalty.

Role: UI • Graphic Design • Production

How I Helped: To boost sales during the holiday season, I created promotional graphics for deals in the United States, Mexico, and Canada. Assets included heroes, offsite banners, emails, and posts for social media. In addition, I implemented UI updates to Fire tablet and Echo device mockups and detail page graphics. Acting as design liaison between design and retail category business team, I fulfilled multiple project requests while simultaneously meeting tight deadlines and optimizing digital images for the web.
